Key contributions included adding new chat features like Giphy integration and phone/video calls, as well as developing the Task Manager for employees.

Regular testing with Apptizer ensured interfaces worked well across platforms.

The role included collecting user insights through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to drive product improvements, while researching competitors helped position Flip strategically in the SaaS market, as well as close collaboration with Product Managers and Tech Leads facilitated timely problem-solving and feature delivery.

The project also involved refining the app's language to strengthen brand alignment and enhance user experience, with testing sessions using interactive prototypes to implement feedback-driven UX improvements.
