At Softgarden, I was in charge of improving the JustHire app, for recruiters who need to manage job applicants while away from their desks.

I also worked on creating a new, easier-to-use web interface for the ATS hiring system that many companies rely on.

I ran several user research studies to really understand how people use our products and what they actually need. This helped us build recruitment software that works in the real world and makes hiring simpler for everyone involved.
